today is my christmas. you may wait for the end of December. you may wait for santa claus, but i already saw him this year. he drove a ups truck and gave me the new record.

for all of you who have given your support by buying the actual copy of the album at awarestore, i give the most sincere thank you i can. not many people buy cds anymore. i stopped in my hometown of Columbus, indiana last week and checked out the record store that sold my first disc when i was 18. there were three racks of music, and the rest of the store is a tattoo parlor. do not get me wrong. i love tattoos as much as you do, but i love album artwork even more.

and here is another christmas present ? the third installment of video footage a la bearded man films. this video clip features the cinematic debut of aaron kiser, drummer and model. that's right. a model. i have talented friends. the best part of this video is that it includes the bathroom door at the recording studio. the bathroom! check it out. even cooler, all three of us emerge from the bathroom at the same time. this was not even planned footage.

felt great to be home in indiana last night. thanks to everyone who made it to the show. tonight, i'm hanging out in st. louis for a big day tomorrow ? the first time i set foot on a stage west of the mississippi. next stop: las vegas, baby. prince just opened a weekly bill at the club rio, and i think this might be a good career move, too.
